Weeks 10&11! Time For Travel!
Well its been some time since my last post!
Everything is well here, School WAS keeping me busy the past 2 weeks, but I actually just had my last lecture of the semester today!
It is officially Easter Break now, where we get two whole weeks off, followed by a study week before our Final Exams in May! Pretty wild, we get nearly a month off before our Finals start up in May! I am officially done May 13th with my last final exam, and from there I will plan on heading back to the States! I am pretty sure I will be living and working back in Durango, Colorado and actually stay a whole summer! I’m looking forward to getting back and doing some hiking, biking, climbing, tubing, playing hockey, and catching up with the Durango scene and friends. However, before I head back, I plan on getting some traveling in this Easter Break!
Being that I am already centrally located in Europe, and that I will probably never get this opportunity to travel thru Europe again, I have decided that it’s time I get out there and DO IT! I am in the works and the planning stages of a doing big SOLO backpacking trip thru Europe starting sometime next week! I am looking to get a direct flight from Dublin into Munich Germany or Salzburg, Austria. From there I will make my way back West, over to Switzerland, France, up to Belgium, and possibly the Netherlands, then over to London by the chunnel, and from London, back to Dublin either by flight or ferry. All of these plans are still in the works and are all time depending. I have about 20 free days to have fun, see new cultures, explore, and venture out on my own thru Europe! These plans are not set in stone yet, but I will keep you all updated as I start booking flights trains and hostels! I am really excited, anxious, and nervous to explore Europe all on my own!
I want to thank all of my Family and Friends for all the support through my travels so far…
A special Thanks to my lovely Grandparents, Gramma and Pappy, who were so nice enough to send me over some European travel guides and a GREAT map to help me put together my adventures and plans! Another big shout out to my awesome parents, who have supported me from day one, and especially for this Ireland trip and hopeful European backpacking trip! To my friends in the States, I love you all and miss you, and I’m looking forward to my return and catching up with you all. I love you all and want to give a big thanks for being in my life!
Current Mood: Adventurous
Current Weather in Ireland: Cloudy with a 100% chance of rain

Baron, Your adventure sounds AWESOME!!,and what a great experience to have gone to Ireland for school! We have enjoyed reading your blogs. You are Very Fortunate to have incredible parents, just like me having Gramma, and Pappy and having the support and love from them. Everyone here at the Romero home are doing great! Jake is almost ready to get his driving license and is looking forward to that, he has one more year of high school. Kenzie just finished cheerleader at the middle school and will be in High School next year. She wants to play on the volleyball team. Maddie is our pitcher for the girls 10u softball team. She can really throw that ball! Joe and I are coaching the team a lot of fun, but also challenging! We have won most of our games.Tyler is going to Cuesta College here in SLO taking auto classes.Josh is working full time at a mechanic shop and living at his girlfriend house.Joe and I are keeping busy with our landscaping business with all the rain we have had things are growing fast.Well that is about all the news around here! Have a SAFE and Great Trip!I know traveling around Australia by myself was alot of fun,and met a lot of neet people. Piece of advice don’t hitchhike anywhere.I never did but heard plenty of horror stories, from young people traveling in any county. Take Care!!
LOVE YOU BIGGER THAN THE WORLD!!!!!!! Tan Joe, and family
